Feats
ELUSIVE [General]
You are quick and
wary, able to dodge attacks and avoid danger.
Benefit:
In lieu of
attacking during combat, the character may roll 1d4 and add
the result to their AC against any one opponent. This
ability may be used if the character is caught flat-footed
and it may stack with racial dodge bonuses and with AC
bonuses from feats like Dodge and Expertise. This ability
also gives the character a +2 competence bonus to their Hide
skill.
EXERTION [General]
You are capable of
over-extending yourself in order to inflict extra
damage.
Pre-requisites: Toughness, Power Attack, base attack rating
of +1 or higher
Benefit: This feat allows the user to expend their own hit
points during combat in order to take down an opponent. If
the character hits successfully, he can expend a number of
Hit Points (up to his base attack rating) and add that
amount to the damage inflicted to his opponent. This feat
uses a full action and cannot be used with Cleave or Great
Cleave. Hit Points lost through Extertion are regained at
the end of the fight.
GUNNERY [General]
You are trained at
using siege engines, cannon and other war machines. This
also includes catapults, ballistae, trebuchets and other
mounted missle weapons.
Pre-requisites: +2 basic attack rating
Benefit: You do not suffer the normal -4 penalty
when firing cannon or operating other such engines of
war.
IMPROVED PENETRATING
SHOT [General]
Your ranged
attacks are able to skewer multiple opponents with one
shot.
Pre-requisites: Penetrating Shot
Benefit: Improved Penetrating shot allows the
attacker to strike multiple targets in the attacker's line
of sight within 15' of the primary target. The attacker must
be using a Mighty Bow (bonus of +1 or greater) or a +1
magical missle weapon.
LUCKY [General]
Fortune smiles
upon you!
Benefit: Once per day, the character may roll 1d4
and add the result to any one saving throw (Fort, Ref or
Will). This bonus is cumulative with any racial bonus or
bonuses due to feats such as Great Fortitude, Iron Will or
Lightning Reflexes. Taking this fear more than once grants
multiple uses per day or +1d4 per additional Lucky feat
taken.
PENETRATING SHOT
[General]
You are able to strike with such deadly force that your
missle attacks actually travel through your target, enabling
you to hit a second target.
Pre-requisite: Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot
Benefit: This feat is the equivalent of the Cleave
feat, except it's only used with missle weapons. The other
requirement is that the second target must be located in the
attacker's line of sight within 5' of the primary target.
The attacker must be using a Mighty Bow (bonus of +1 or
greater) or a +1 magical missle weapon.
QUICK STUDY
[General]
You are a fast
learned who can easily pick up new concepts and
aptitudes.
Pre-requisites: Training in the skill to be learned
(trained skills only)
Benefit: The character may choose any untrained
skill as a class skill. A trained skill may be chosen if the
character receives training from a skilled mentor. Skills
gained as class skills remain class skills no matter what
class(es) the character increases in level.
SNIPER [General]
You are a superior
marksman and a skilled hunter.
Pre-requisites: Proficiency with projectile weapon, Point
Blank, Far Shot, Precise Shot
Benefit: When using any projectile weapon you can
add your dexterity bonus to the attack's damage (in addition
to any strength-based damage modifiers). This feat must be
used when shooting from a stationary position.
